When Covid tried to keep us down, we created Boatstock to keep the party going!

In 2020, Dustin Howard and Bob Burnett were sharing a cold one and discussing the mandated quarantine. Bob said the ultimate social distancing event would be a concert where people could quarantine on their boats and still party a safe distance from other boats. 11 Days later we were doing just that.
​
With the success of 2020, and the event more than tripling in attendance for the 2021 festival, Boatstock has become an annual free floating music festival bringing the action to Madeira Beach and anyone who wants to party with us! Don’t forget your floats, kayaks, and paddle boards however- the 75’ “float zone” is the only way to get up next to the stage!

Boatstock is the brainchild of founders Bob Burnett and Dustin Howard. While the original event was planned and executed in an insane 11 days, the event has grown so much that it requires a small army to keep it going! These are the wonderful people who spend months of their lives pulling their hair out to make this happen. So have a toast for them when you are out there this year! *Bonus points for wishing Bob a happy birthday!!
