MAD BEACH BOATSTOCK 3 FLOATING MUSIC FESTIVAL MAY 28, 2022 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

TITLE SPONSOR 

BENEFITS: 

  • Title Sponsorship and Event Namesake, "Mad Beach Boatstock, presented by "(Your Company's Name)"

  • Festival Artwork designed to include your company's name/logo. 

PRINT: 

  • 250 Festival Artwork Flyers with your company's name will be printed and distributed to local businesses for display.

  • 2,000 iconic stickers with your company name will be printed and distributed in local businesses

  • A Brand-Awareness sticker campaign will place stickers with your company's name/logo in 500 conspicuous areas 2 months prior to the event around Madeira Beach, Tampa Bay, and St. Petersburg, Florida.  (All legally placed) 

  • Vendor booth at Old Salt King of the Beach Spring Festival will display event flyer and have a banner with your company's name (20,000+ attendees)

  • All Boatstock 2022 hats will have your company's logo embroidered on the side.

  • Social posting to include your company's name/logo, min 1 per week (8 weeks total) 

  • Custom (1 minute) commercial created by Dustin Howard to feature your company's products and services and partnership with Boatstock.  This is optional- we can also air a company branded ad of your choosing during scheduled social media post time slots.  (Paid ads reach 70,000+ impressions per ad)

  • Your Company's Ad displayed on the 48' LED Floating Digital Billboard that sails between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches. This begins 4 weeks prior to scheduled event. 

  • Exclusive wrap up video placement for Title sponsor (aired for one year on Boatstock website)

LIVE STREAMING

  • Sponsorship announcements made every 30 minutes aired during the event on Boatstock Bluetooth channel.  "Event brought to you by (Your Company's Name)"

ON-SITE BRANDING

  • Your Company's Ad displayed on the 48' LED Floating Digital Billboard anchored directly beside the stage.

  • Signage: premium placement for custom banner to be hung on main stage 

  • (1) 40' banner with company logo/branding supplied for event.

  • Company logo on main stage and repeat backdrop (displayed on VIP Boat During Event)

  • Invite to the sound check on May 27, 2022.  Complimentary food, open bar, and a live performance (opening act TBD).

  • Choice boat mooring directly next to stage- branded boat or custom banners encouraged. (must be moored the evening before- complimentary shuttle provided)

  • 100 beachballs thrown to crowd off stage during the event with your company logo

LIABILITY

Sponsor / applicant assumes all responsibility for and all risk of personal and or property damage or injury that may occur to event attendees during participation in The Mad Beach Boatstock Festival – (MBB).  Mad Beach Boatstock, it's Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers WILL NOT be responsible for losses of any kind, whether by fire, theft, physical violence, elements of nature or any other cause, however originating. The MBB will provide minimal security through the Pinellas County Marine Unit for the one day event.  Sponsors /participants are responsible for their own vessels, merchandise and equipment, its protection and insurance.  All boaters should bring proper anchorage.
