Branding Content
Please submit all logos and company branded content no later than April 1, 2022 to ensure that your company will be included in all Boatstock marketing. We want you to get the best possible value for your sponsorship!

Sponsors are responsible for the quality of all branded content (with the exception of Title and Platinum Sponsors (who have the option of having custom social media ads created for them) all material must be submitted and will be used as-is. If you have questions regarding sizing and quality of materials, please upload what you have and we will be happy to review it.

All submitted files must be PNG, Vector, or .AI. Other files may not be used.

Instagram Post Formats
Boatstock advertises through instagram using stories, posts, and paid posts (for Title and Platinum sponsors only). Please use the following format guidelines in order to ensure that information isn't cut off and that your post looks its best. After all- thousands of people will see them! If you have questions regarding your marketing tools please send the files and we will be in contact. All posts subject to approval.

Sponsors may receive a full refund for monies paid, minus any credit card processing fees, up to 7 days after initial purchase or until April 23, 2022 (whichever comes first). Due to the very limited number of Sponsors and the expense required to put on the festival we want to ensure that those who really want to be a sponsor of Boatstock have the opportunity- and we can't do it without them!
Refunds
Liability
Sponsor / applicant assumes all responsibility for and all risk of personal and or property damage or injury that may occur to event attendees during participation in The Mad Beach Boatstock Festival – (MBB). Mad Beach Boatstock, it's Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers WILL NOT be responsible for losses of any kind, whether by fire, theft, physical violence, elements of nature or any other cause, however originating. The MBB will provide minimal security through the Pinellas County Marine Unit for the one day event. Sponsors /participants are responsible for their own vessels, merchandise and equipment, its protection and insurance. All boaters should bring proper anchorage.
We reserve the right to review the appropriate nature of your company (this is a family friendly event so we will not be accepting inappropriate sponsorships) and may decline any sponsorship that we feel does not represent the culture of Mad Beach Boatstock. We have limited available sponsorship spots available for the 2022 event, so we reserve the right to refuse or refund any sponsorship company for any reason. If we are unable at this time to accept your sponsorship we will refund your donation in full. If you are unable to get the sponsorship spot that you would like for Boatstock 2022 and would like to be considered for our 2023 event, please email madbeachboatstock@gmail.com.
